Dana Slabaugh


Dana Slabaugh is currently a voice instructor at USU.  She received her Master’s of Music from the University of Utah and is a former Utah Opera Young Artist.  She has been a recitalist for the university symphony singing Salve Regine, has sung Ave Maria at Temple Square, and has sung with the Murray City Messiah and at the Cathedral of the Madeleine.  Dana has performed with the Sandy Arts Guild “Best of Broadway” as “Guinevere” with Robert Peterson and in “A New Millennium of Broadway” as well as with Promised Valley Playhouse Productions.  She has recently been the soprano soloist for Dr. John Ribera’s Multicultural Messiah.  She has sung the roles of “Mary, Queen of Scots” in Maria Stuarda, “Micaela” in Carmen, “Lauretta” in Gianni Schicci, “Golden Trill in Impresario and many bel canto coloratura arias.
